Shipping policy

Obatalá Espiritual processes all orders within 1–6 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

All shipments are handled through USPS and UPS. Please make sure your shipping address and email are entered correctly before completing your purchase, as incorrect or incomplete information may result in delays, misdeliveries, or returned packages.

Obatalá Espiritual is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged during transit.

  • Deliveries marked as “delivered” by the carrier but not received by the customer.

  • Errors caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer.

If the customer wishes to protect their package against loss, theft, or damage, it is their responsibility to purchase shipping insurance directly through the carrier (USPS or UPS) at checkout or upon request. This insurance service is separate from Obatalá Espiritual and must be handled by the customer with the carrier.

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Obatalá Espiritual’s responsibility ends. Any delivery issues or claims must be made directly with USPS or UPS.
